I have had enough of the CBT brainwashing. My GP rehashes it. My son thinks it is the magical wand.

I can relate, I mean...I can understand it helping with some things, but the way some people go on about it like they're a mental health guru can get annoying

@EmeraldOdinelle I do not believe in one size fits all. It might have helped some in your family but you might be a different story.
