I Love Salt Crystal Lamps

Looking at all of these supposed benefits that come with having a crystal salt lamp in your home... They include purifying the air, boosting blood flow, improving sleep, etc. 🤔 I did some research on these claims and there is actually no evidence to support any of it and their "benefits" are purely aesthetic. 🙄 Not that I believed any of that nonsense, of course. The aesthetic purpose is the only reason I got one, lol. I love these things too, but come on... It's just a big chunk of salt with a light bulb under it! 😂
