I Have Very Strict Parents
I do. My parents are very strict, they beleive that only the belt or the cane works on me.

You do realize that you do not HAVE to accept this from your parents? That you are (most likely) physically able to prevent your mother from doing this to you at your age? Regardless of how your parents might react or feel about it, if you are a healthy, physically normal sixteen-year-old, it should be within your power to just tell her "No" and not participate in this for as long as it takes until she gets the message that you are unwilling to be treated like someone who is one-third of your age.
