I Hate People Who Make Fun Of Disabled Kids

i am stuck in a wheelchair due to me being paralyzed from my waist down.
but the last time i went shopping with my mum 2 teenagers were pointing at me a i went past. one asked "what do you think is wrong with her?" and the other said "either the mum is lazy or shes just a retard" and the walked off laughing before my mum could say anything.
i can take insults and not let it show but it hurts.

What should really hurt is the knowledge that people who act like this are damaged in a way that will probably never be reaired. They will most likely go through the rest of their lives far more crippled than any wheelchair can ever help. If you want to hurt, hurt for them. They have bigger problems than you!

@SW-User And I choose not to be, if you don't understand then I can't explain any better than I already did. It would be as frustrating as trying to explain green to a blind person.

Thank you for your reply.As a disabled person I cannot accept that a person who has made a choice to be rude is more crippled than a disabled person who certainly did not choose to be disabled. Perhaps it is just that I cannot see your logic.
