If you ever want to convince someone that you're not crazy you should just repetitively scream "I'm not crazy" while throwing things, yeah?

By the way, that's sarcasm and also that's my life right now having to deal with people who act like that but don't want to get help.

That's always worked for me. Also threatening self-harm never hurt. Then you'll definitely prove to them you're not crazy. :D

@NaturallyPeculiar Mine too. Just saying, you can call the cops on her and get her thrown in rehab, if she is legit crazy. I honestly wish I would have done so last time my mom had a mental breakdown and did things.
