I Hate Domestic Violence

Right now I'm not liking the people who enable domestic violence. My friend in my neighborhood sent me a message saying if he comes back call the police no matter what. Shortly after I see her forehead is black and blue and two doors of her house need replaced. Minutes after I return home he pulls into her driveway.( The thing is, this boyfriend of hers use to be a roommate at our house. He's friends with people I know. ) So I call the police and he gets charged with assault and taken to jail. This was yesterday. Today I got one person already saying how bad it is that I did that to a friend. Well he hasn't been my friend in a long time and even if he was a friend I would still call the police if he was harming someone.
