I Am Confused About My Relationship

I admit my partner and I had relationship problems in the past and currently in healing process. But then I come to realise a guy I used to like a long time ago single right now. I have no intention of breaking up and going to him (which is impossible because he's living in another country) and I don't know how he feels about me but I keep thinking of him all day and have these urge to tell him how I feel. I don't know if these feelings are byproduct of my vulnerable situation but I am really confused. I want to stay in my current relationship with my partner who is finally working things out but I am struggling to control my feelings for the other guy.
