Audio Books

I used to love to read, I find it difficult to find time to read these days but I'm hooked on audio books, when I was working in my office I would listen on the drive in, now I'm working from home if I'm doing simple tasks I'll listen or if I'm washing dishes, walking the dog I listen. Do you think there is the same benefit to listening to a book as there is reading it?

I tend to remember things far better listening to them.. Do old school book readers look down on audio books or even ebooks? Interested to see what people thoughts are on this.

I love to read and I also love audiobooks. audiobook have been great since I don’t have a lot of time for reading. I think the important thing is consuming the stories not how you do it honestly.

@Starchild1983 that's my feelings on it. If it weren't for audio books I wouldn't have had this entertainment for approx 2 years so surely that's a positive thing..
