I Want to Know the Story Behind Your Username

My username has been a constant throughout my journey through social networking sites. It came to be due to the location I live in, which could be a "western type" town and the surface I walk on, which is the asphalt. So, to settle that I call my self asphalt cowboy.

Cool question. I guess for me the meaning of my username is in reference to the varying levels of anonymity each of us chooses to maintain. In an age where almost nothing is private, there still exists an instinctive compulsion to mask ourselves whether online or in person.
