I Am Leaving Ep
Hello, my friends. And farewell.
It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye -- at least for now.
A wise man once told me "When the whole world seems to be going wrong, guess what: It's not the whole world -- it's you." Fair enough. I need to try to take care of myself. To conserve my energy for the challenges I cannot avoid facing. To seek the strength I need within myself. To rest. To lick my wounds and to heal.
I apologize for being a lousy friend this last while. I simply have nothing left to give.
Take care of yourselves, my friends. Love one another. You will remain in my thoughts and in what passes for prayers these days. Perhaps our paths will cross again. I hope so. You have enriched my life more than you know. Thank you.
