I am worried.

My SW friend and I haven't talked in a while because we keep missing eachother. And I haven't heard from him for more than 30 days.
I am worried if je is okay or not. He is quite old and had a surgery.
Given the current situation, I am feeling more scared.
I hope he is okay..
I feel bad that I didn't get to be in touch with him that often.
But he's a good friend.
I pray for his well being. I hope he is okay and busy with something.
I guess I am just overthinking
