Not at all. Though rap is not my thing, (I do enjoy some of Marshall Bruce Mathers III, known professionally as Eminem, songs, raps?)
those who rap are good at it, regardless of nationality.
They all speak from the heart and experience.

While I believe it's an original U.S. art form, there are very skillful rappers from all over the world, including the UK.
