Non-Dairy Broccoli with "Cheese"

Super fast and easy!!

2 serving sizes fresh broccoli, about 1 cup
water for cooking, about 1 cup
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup Go Veggie non dairy Parmesan cheese


In a saucepan, cook broccoli florets. If they are very large, cut them in half before cooking. Cook for about 8-9 minutes.

Drain all the cooking water except for about 1/4 cup. Add the olive oil to the water in the pan, and toss the broccoli in the water and oil. Then drain completely. The broccoli is now very lightly coated with some of the oil, but in fact...very little remains.

Next, put 1/4 cup of Go Veggie fake Parmesan "cheese" on top of the broccoli, and toss again.

Because the broccoli is coated with a tiny bit of oil, the "cheese" clings to it, and it looks and tastes VERY good.
