I Need a Damn Job
If an employer didnt respond after one month of your application interview even she said she would call or text you for any updates, is it considered you're not hired, or just forgot you?

One month after your interview? They have hired somebody but contact them and ask.

@Mugin16 the last time i called was one week after interview and they said they hold the applicants yet cuz of their company's sudden changes, so she said she would text me. Also, when I was interviewed, the employer had already agreed to me to be hired but just need confirmation from the ceo. But lately, i noticed a job ad that was posted by a person who applied at the same time I was interviewed. I assume that he already got the position we were both applying for. But i was just suprised cuz I expect I will got a further call knowing i was already agreed by the employer.
