With some people demanding $15/hr minimum wage, it's getting harder for employers to pay their employees and therefore making the hiring process more difficult. Employers are being more picky about who they hire too (people w/degree or certificate or decades of experience). I only make about $9.50/he, but I'm perfectly contempt as long as I can pay my bills. Keep at it and good luck!
