I Need a Damn Job

Anyone know how a good cv should look? attach it as an image? mine seems to be attractive to job agents but not to companies :( I have an MSc in medical physics, CAD training, experience of product design from concept to new product introduction via liaison with international experts and precision engineering shops on pricing, processes, tolerances, material selection and timescales. I led 20 new products from concept into successful international sales over 4 years there and supported a good 10 others with draughting and digital prototyping. customers were always happy with how fast I resolved to their emails. and almost always how clear I was about any proposed design alterations to make the project more commercially viable - and my flexibility when they said actually no you can't change that. I always found a way.

What am I, a junior design engineer or something else? I'm feeling pretty worthless right now, but at least my current boss appreciates me, unlike at the firm I gained my initial exposure to 'real' work (final salary £22k) so not really what I would call real work lol.

But infinitely more important than my own musings are yours :) what do you make of this? highlights? lowlights? ..... I'd love to know.
