I Have Seen Fairies

This morning I returned to the bluebell woods alone to see if I had better luck than yesterday in meeting some fairy folk 🙂:

I slipped out of my shoes and tiptoed on the soft moss, so as not to alarm them. I heard some giggling on the wind and I was drawn deeper into the woods. I had no more evidence of fairy life, but I did find this little door which gives me hope that I may meet them yet.


Next weekend, I shall return with a golden haired girl from my boarding house. We shall loosen her hair in the sunlit glade and see if we can attract those fairies with our treasure 😌
