In how many sittings can you watch a movie of 120 minutes?

Most of the movies I watch are from the 1940s-50s and run about 80 minutes. That's long enough for me.

I have a pretty hard time with even finishing movies. The pacing of such short stories is just incredibly awkward, and it's difficult to be taken in by the plot when you know it's going to be over that soon. There seems to be a very limited scope of stories that can actually be told well in film, and I would say that scope is exceeded far more often than it's honored.

If I watch a movie I watch it all the way, unless it's boring then I lose interest and shut it off.

I can typically watch it in full..unless it's a not so great film, I'll pause it and come back to it.

many movies are too long for 120mins I swear, so I generally split them into around 45mins parts, and mostly I forget to watch the rest, because they are crap.. but if I ever watch it from start to finish I congrat myself for finding a gem :)
