I just watched Joker

I think I'm in love

This helped me understand him and love him even more now. Perfect acting.

The best part when he said - I've stopped drinking meds :D Who knows what was happening in there. I wish I could feel it
Between ledger and phoenix who do you think was better? I know both characters are vastly different portrayals of joker but I’m just curious.

@MsAnnThropy They indeed are both amazing. I love Heath. But I'd choose Phoenix , he did it just the right way , more psychotically as I prefer. That dance.. The look from his eyes , amazing

@MsAnnThropy the answer is always Mark Hamill

@ViciDraco An underrated joker.

You see, if you understand the joker, then the movie is a failure of the character. The joker is not meant to be understood. That's always been my issue with it at least.

@ViciDraco If this didn't make you understand him then what will. I said it made me love him even more , which means it's not a failure. But I guess that's why you don't want to understand him, it's pretty easy. Yeah, everyone has different thoughts

@Triggerer by a failure of the character, I mean joker was designed to be impossible to understand. That is part of what makes him such a frightening antagonist. When you give understanding to his insanity he becomes a different type of villain from the role he was designed to play. He is weakened by being known.

@ViciDraco I understood you in the first comment too. But for me it doesn't make him the way you described him in second, after understanding him
