Different reasons on different occasions. Usually my fault tho.

My drink and drug habits used to get in the way and, recently, I haven't always been able to be there when I'm needed.

@SW-User at least you know your own problem and accept it as it is, is really great I think.. hope you get better with drug problems :-0..
