That is a presentation weapon for being a distinguished handgunner. Won by such as Elmer Keith, Bill Jordan, Lee Juras….I would love to earn one, but would not purchase one. First I couldn't afford it, and second I shoot my firearms....that is truly a collectors piece and a safe queen.

Looks nice but if the handle is made of ivory (elephant tusk) no I wouldn’t support that.
