I Dont Believe In Dating Just For the Sake of Dating
a few years ago i was dating for the sake of dating. i would go on these plenty of fishing sites and get dates for the sake of getting dates. some led to hook-ups. others lead to dead end relationships. so i gave up. because my last relationship ended badly. she moved in with me for about 6 months and didn't want to leave even after we broke up. and it took forever for her to get her stuff out. last month i made the conscious decision that i would not be talking to her anymore. and i do not regret it.
but i got bored. and went back on that fishy dating web site. just to see. and i found a girl who was real. not a catfish. not a gold digger. real. she has her act together. she's comfortable in her own skin. and she actually did the reaching out. last sunday we went to coffee. (btw, i'm catholic. looking for another catholic. a catholic free to marry in the catholic church.) she's divorced, so i thought that i would be stepping into another dead end relationship. so i asked her if her marriage was a sacramental marriage (a marriage in the catholic church) and she told me she got married in las vegas. i was ecstatic inside hearing this. because this kind of marriage can easily be annulled by the church. so we will be free to marry in the catholic church. this is huge for me. huge.
we met for coffee at 8pm. starbucks closed at 9pm. so we sat out on the patio. talking. she looked at her phone and it was past midnight. we were talking for over 4 hours. and i felt like i had so much more to talk about.
we been communicating back and forth through text message and one phone conversation.
i normally don't buy into astrology. but she's a virgo. i'm a pisces. i looked up if these are compatible and i found out...
