I feel sleepy always Cozz I stay up late but wake up early..

I usually go to my bed at 4 AM and wake up at approx 8 AM but by my laziness I leave my bed at 2PM 😅

What about you all guys ?

Same I sleep at 4 or 5 because I stay up with him and most days it's only a few hours. Idc but yeah I am tired a lot

@Wateribbon I've tried just about everything. It's just scary as hell outside and the thought of it scares me as I have to leave for work in the morning. Unavoidable yet all I hear is sirens from either police vehicles or ambulances. I really can't sleep.

I'm just trying to drown myself out with the music on my phone. Let's hope that helps.
