How does an emotionally unstable person behave?

I’m at a competition and someone mentioned it, but I nodded my head and don’t really know... I can only guess what they mean by the terminology.
**** looked it up, basically borderline personality disorder but I always that BPD was something major... MAJOR.

Anyhow, When you don’t know someone, you just don’t know,,, my issue is that I try to embrace everyone...at least not be hurtful
