What is behind accounts saying: Females Only?

I find some females accounts here have a note on their profile saying: Females Only. It sounds to me more as trap accounts to the females, look kinda fake, ladies be careful of these accounts.

The funny thing is, there are some women who just don’t want to be messaged by men, because some fellows don’t get that sending unsolicited explicit content is bad form. 😒

@bijouxbroussard I totally agree with you. I mean I don't know how bad it is because I don't receive such contents.
