What is behind accounts saying: Females Only?

I find some females accounts here have a note on their profile saying: Females Only. It sounds to me more as trap accounts to the females, look kinda fake, ladies be careful of these accounts.

The funny thing is, there [b]are[/b] some women who just don’t want to be messaged by men, because some fellows don’t get that sending unsolicited explicit content is bad form. 😒

@bijouxbroussard I totally agree with you. I mean I don't know how bad it is because I don't receive such contents.

But I see these guys don't have a life. Zombies.
