What do you do if your GF tells you she cheated on you once two years ago?
And that she was incredibly guilty about it?

A lot of times they tell you it is due the guilt they feel. It does not mean you should leave them. That decision is up to you. Some people can move on from infidelity, others simply can not. I am in a relationship, and we decided that if we cheat we are not going to tell each other, unless it is emotional cheating. Like, you fall in love with someone else. If it is simply for pleasure and you made a mistake, it is best to keep it to yourself (at least in our relationship, I am not speaking for everyone). I think it is not worth losing the value you have over guilt and remorse.
