Callendar Park is the former grounds of the Forbes family who lived at Callendar House, now accessible to the public. In the grounds are several disused buildings from the time the Forbes family lived there
The Factor's House, Factor being a Scottish word for an agent, who would have represented the Forbes on certain matters

@monte3 The abandoned is awesome, farmhouses do look pretty good though not came across any myself. I did see some on a site called Forgotten Ohio, now down unfortunately but saved the pics, here's the farm houses from that site. Not my photos obviously
So many stories are in each house. The last one is especially classic. After we sold the farm buildings where I grew up I got to go through the house etc one more time with it empty, alone with the memories.
@monte3 Sounds like a mixed experience, incredible to see it that way but also sad to be leaving
I had something similar after an uncle passed, last time we were in the house it had been cleared out and the new owner was moving in soon after, odd to see the place empty
