The house below is the first one I came across having passed it on my way to work since 2010, its been empty all that time. Now an application has been lodged to demolish it and build a new house on the site.
Took the occasional mobile shot over the years before visiting with the camera early this year
Awsome! I don't know if you know him but Google/explore Richard Nickel. He was a reluctant activist for preservation in the 60's/70's in Chicago. There's a great book "They all fall down"...It's going in my casket when I die! Very cool that your into it...like I say: Be careful! :) @TheJagsman
