are there free video editing apps out there? i tried looking but they all seem to be not free lol

@Dewms Yes, of course. Quite a lot of free ones. How stable they are on MacOS though, I wouldn't know. On Linux which is the system I use KDEnlive and OpenShot and others are well-known. OpenShot might be the easier of these to use though. I don't have much experience of video editing, but even audio editing isn't easy, I find! All the best with your work :)
