I Am Frustrated

I ordered something that was supposed to be delivered tonight at 9pm and because the website said that its delivery drivers knock on the door to deliver the package, I expected that would happen by that time. Instead it was delivered at 1:38pm and instead of delivering it to my apartment door like my orders usually are, the driver placed it in the leasing office, which closed at 5pm and doesn't open until Monday. So yeah, I'm not very happy right now.

Are you sure it said "at 9pm" and not "by 9pm". I don't know of any company that gives an exact delivery time.

@AcidBurn I just messaged customer service and they said the item was accidentally scanned as Delivered. It is still on the way.

@InvaderNice I was in a chat with Customer Service and they said that the delivery man accidentally scanned the item as Delivered. So it's still on the way, and should be here Monday if not by tonight. I hope it comes tonight because that's what the Delivery time was when I ordered the item two days ago.
