I Enjoy Fasting
I don't necessarily enjoy fasting, but I do appreciate the results of it. Initially I did it to control my blood sugar and it's very effective at bring it down to normal. Since I'm eating healthier and breaking fasts with more control, I find it very effective for losing body fat while preserving muscle. I fast 1-3 days a week, lost 40 lbs of body fat in the last 5 months. 32% body fat to 25%.
