I Deal With Incontinence

Unfortunately I've been forced to deal with incontinence my whole life. Due to a birth defect and the resultant nerve damage I have suffered with a Neurogenic Bladder and to some extent Bowel for my whole life. Yes it is a drag, yes I got teased incessantly throughout my youth (which I am still kind of in) and yes I would love for it to be gone but I've made my peace and manage it in such a way that I can still do pretty much everything I want.

I travel, I partake in physical outdoor activities, I ride my motorcycle and go out with my friends just like any "normal" person would. I guess what I'm saying to young people in my situation or similar is that even though it may be bleak and seem like the worst thing in the world you still technically have your health and it is possible to lead a normal life if you manage it properly.

Bottom line is you should keep your head up and own your problem. If you are confident enough in yourself then others wont bat an eyelid :)

Good Luck all!
