I Have a Messed Up Sleep Schedule

I don't sleep well when I'm stressed,when I worry of when there are things that I can't control and it really gets annoying!

I maintain a consistent sleep schedule, its just everyone else that says its messed up because its discontinuous 8:30PM to 1:30AM and
3:00AM to 6:00PM. Works for me and my wife who works to 1 or 2 AM.
