It took me 13 months to get over someone. I truly thought my heart was broken into. The hardest part was him not being there to talk to. Then after another 5 months he started calling me. We did not get back together tho he has asked me too. Maybe someday. For now I can only offer him friendship.

@MalteseFalconPunch we might have been able to work thru things but I still have bitter feelings about him breaking up with me to begin with. It was both our faults. We hurt each other.
We were engaged and I canceled our wedding 2 weeks before. I just got scared. So then he went outta state to visit his family and texted me a pic of another woman. That was the end.

@MalteseFalconPunch yes for the first 6 months we just texted hateful words to each other and then nothing. Now we can actually speak without trying to cause each other pain. I never thought we would ever talk to each other again.
