Maybe I should diet,

since I walk so much these days I don't think I've gotten enough carbs lately.

Was gonna write calories, but I drink fat coffee (coconut oil and coffee mixed in a blender) lately, with 3 table spoons of oil once or twice a day, plus all the tofu, hummus, chicken, berry/coconut milk smoothies and protein shakes I've been consuming might tell me it's not a calorie deficit, but a too low carb intake.

I'm not much for counting calories anyways, it stresses me out, plus I listened to what the Diet Doctor said when he mentioned that counting calories is an eating disorder... Now I don't know anymore, maybe I should track my meals like I did in 2015.

It caused me weight gain though, so I'll need to figure out how many calories I need to lose fat, but still keep my brain sane. Some say below 2000 for females and an app I've used says between 2060 and 2885. It is the app I used in 2015 for calorie and macro tracking, so I don't know if the app's calculations are off track - maybe it is too many calories to lose weight.

Maybe consume more fruits and less oils if it's carbs you're missing? Fruit smoothies are fucking lit. 馃敟

@BlueVeins I use pineapple and bananas in my smoothies sometimes. Maybe I should do it more often.

@mercedes810 A ramakun of blueberries or whatever is also a good snack. I like to make smoothies out of a banana, two fuji apples, and 90g of spinach and it comes out pretty nice.

As a professional internet dietician, I recommend more fish to everyone. 馃

From the size of you, you dont need very much carbs. Keep doing what youre doing, its going well. Your brain will scream for carbs but its not rational.

@BigAssLeech Not for someone who is overweight.

@BigAssLeech not at the moment. I have multivitamins, but I can't take those right now because I'm on anticoagulant pills atm since a surgery.

@mercedes810 Then maybe you should try incorporating mushrooms, nutritional yeast, and fortified cereals into your diet as well. Those might help.
