Put a wash cloth under cold water lay it on your pillow lay your head on the wash rag it gets you cool off for a bit. I do that sometimes

@JoyfulSilence I'm sure He can if it meets your need. But it's more about the Holy Spirit leading our hearts to Him. Well, that's my experience anyway.
