I Believe Emotions Are Powerful
I don't find it emotionally responsible to just 'suck it up and move on'. People have to deal with their emotions and problems sometime.

Unfortunately this is a significant issue for males as we are told to toughen up/move on etc. The truth is we now have guys who won't discuss their emotions and issues because that is seen as a sign of weakness, when it is indeed the opposite.

Agreed. If you run from your emotions they will just come out as physical conditions.
