Last night I did a fake tan AND started my period so I changed all my sheets and put them on a boil wash first thing.

I started my period yesterday too, also I struggle to use tampons after being fitted with the coil

Aw mannn..I never looked into the coil but I’m presuming you need to twizzle the tampon up like a corkscrew after? 🤔 @InOtterWords

@SW-User it just feels uncomfortable so I've gone back to pads. Its a real pain in the butt
