When the life changing memories of pain and physical abuse come crashing in... I address it and say that it is no longer my truth! Believing it to still exist will only be detrimental to me! Forever keeping me in neutral! I place myself in nature and image a conversation with a higher energy that has only love and kindness to give me. Any other way will be making it harder so why go there? Peace be on to u! Whomever is reading this!❤️🕊
