I'm not fasting so much as I am just slowing down my eating. With the pandemic came a lot of inactivity, so I'm not burning nearly as many calories. I find myself not very hungry these days.

Just do it for 16:8. Fast 16 hours and eat between your 8 hour eating period. @lifeistoshort
