A possible side effect

It appears my tongue is coated after the second vaccine dose, just as it was after the first.
NeuroticByNature · 41-45, F
Like with thrush?
Poppies · 61-69, F
@NeuroticByNature Possibly. I didn't think of that. I have had thrush in my mouth before but can't remember if I had it on my tongue. After the first vaccine dose, it seemed the coating very gradually faded away.

@Poppies it probably messed with your immune system enough to become infected with it.
SageWanderer · 70-79, M
@Poppies My wife used to get thrush from IV antibiotics. I guess if your getting an immune response it’s a possibility.
DontLikeMondays · 51-55, M
Whice vaccine did you have?
Poppies · 61-69, F
@DontLikeMondays One person told me she has no objection to vaccination but doesn't like needles. I just read that a nasal spray Covid vaccine is being tested.

@Poppies Good idea, anything to stop these complete morons from making excuses.
purplepen · 51-55, F
@DontLikeMondays is the Oxford one the same as Astra Zeneca?
purplepen · 51-55, F
Sometimes that happens with asthma medicine. I hope it gets better soon.
Poppies · 61-69, F
@purplepen thank you!
JohnnySpot · 56-60, M
Dear Poppies, I'll be looking forward to seeing...you soon.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
Be careful. Take a Bayer. This should help your symptoms along the way.
Poppies · 61-69, F
@Zonuss I had a telephone doctor's visit. Treating it like oral thrush though hard for them to be sure through a phone camera.
