Do you try to keep yourself up in the night to read/study?

4meAndyouF
I am on a weird 2 a.m. cycle lately...I get 4 or 5 hours sleep, wake up, drink loads of tea, and then I crash about 3 hours later. Today I stayed up ALMOST all day...wait...it isn't night time yet??? 馃ぃ

I enjoy reading when I am eating dinner, but I can only do data entry on my hobby website when I am not tired.

@4meAndyou It might take some time and efforts to re-align yourself with a healthy routine, but I am sure you can do it. Why do you wear ear plugs while sleeping?
4meAndyouF
@ABCDEF7 I am a light sleeper, so every little noise wakes me up. I can hear the fan, the cat, the people who can't sleep next door...but I would say it is also a very long habit from sleeping with a man who used to snore horribly.

@4meAndyou All the best !!

Healthy routine pays as a healthier body, particularly as grow with the age.

No, I'm in tune with my circadian rhythm and so I mostly only study during the day, when my brain is fresh. On occasion, if I feel like, I will read at night, accompanied by a mug of tea. It can be quite charming.

I try not to
@Nobody00 even I should not hmm
Reading is nicer then, but burning the candle at both ends kills my days.

Back in school that was the only time to work, I was so dead.
