Is it risky to read too much or too little into a smile from a woman?

Definitely don't read too much. A smile is a smile. If a woman wants to communicate more intention she should do so verbally.

Yes too much. There's a woman gym instructor i know who's happily married but just really friendly. You can almost see guys melting but some flirt thinking she's into them. Lol
