Can you help me decide? I need opinions.

I sent my resignation letter to my manager because I felt like they don't see my potentials and they don't value me.

He talked to me and he said that he'd do everything just he could keep me. He said that he values me and he see potentials on me. He gave me a day to think about it.

Last Friday, I already signed a contract to my new employer and they are just waiting for me on when can I start.

My new employer just offered me less than what I expected but they promised me things that I hope they'll give.

Now, I don't know what to do. I need advise.

Many things to considered.
Is the new place offer higher salary and benefits?
Has the current place offered a raise and better benefit?
How long have you worked at the current one?
Which one do you think would be a better place (or provide one) a career development?

Is the new place offer higher salary and benefits?
-yeah?but lesser than what I expected. They just added an allowance to what I get here.

Has the current place offered a raise and better benefit?
-they told me that they'll raise my salary and they can flexible to what I want.

How long have you worked at the current one?
-I've been working for a year and 4 months.

Which one do you think would be a better place (or provide one) a career development?
-my position didn't change. So it'll be the same. The only difference is my time going in the office. Now, my shift is 6-3, the new employer is 7:30-4:30..it's a rush hour..traffic will kill my time..

Btw. Just re-read the contract, usually you can back out from that. Though, still gonna make you look bad.

@NeonDell07 sorry. I missed this reply of yours. Then I guess not much different from the current and the new one. Go with your guts I would say. Moving to a new work might sound scarry but they can also teach you new lessons.
