Are you nice and polite to those who work under you?

Yeah which is why they think I'm stupid and try to get me into trouble and are even rude to me thinking "she can't do anything she's weak" so yeah...I stopped speaking nicely and smiling and saying thank you and now they know not to fuck with me.
