I am facing a 12 1/2 hour day and I am exhausted.

I am not sure how I am going to make it through today. I am emotionally tired.

It's okay, hun. It's just one little day to get through. You'll get through it like a champ, but feel free to be whiny as you make your way through it and make no apologies for punching people in the throat when they notice it. You've got this, girl ;)
