What makes an awesome boss?

I run a business and in the process of starting to run my friends business. Just wondering how I can be a better boss for my employees even though I havent had any complaints..

Encourage them, support them, make them want to work for you not for a paycheck.

I've bought lunch before, even did a team building event by going out for drinks. Plan to do more though

My dad's boss gave my dad a car. But he's a horrible boss. Make sure u pay them a fair wage and treat them nicely. And ull be da best! Even if u dont give them cars lol

When you bring yourself the level of your employees this is when they will begin respecting you. Lead them don't boss them

A happy work place is a productive work place.
Lead by example.
Be friendly but not a buddy.

My company is cd312f2e, LLC that's fairly small because we make phone apps. And the other (American Defense International Agency) will be pretty large being that's it's a bounty hunter job.

Try to give your employees a sense of "ownership" in the success of the company and never let them see you sweat. If you're confident and have it together they'll perform better. You can be friendly but it's not a great idea to be friends. Work is work. Good luck.

Be quick to admit when you're wrong or made a mistake. People will respect you.

Don't be like the President and make unfounded accusations either. 😊
Simple: an awesome boss understands people and is for the people by the people.
