What happened here?
Can somebody PLEASE tell me how working an hour and a half overtime gets me paid only an extra $5.21?

If you qualify for time and a half your extra should be your hourly rate plus half your hourly rate for the extra time. UNLESS you had paid sick time or vacation time paid in the same pay period. Time and a half applies for OT WORKED, not paid.
