Would you quit your job if you're absolutely miserable, while also knowing there are no other jobs available?

When I was at an unbearable job, I was able to limit my hours every day so that I could get in, do my work, and leave. But, I had also found a part time night job back then, to make up some of my income I was losing at the initial job. That night job lead to a full time position elsewhere in that area, and I left the other two jobs for good.
