corporation problems.

what the hell has happened to the business market place? hiring isnt as easy as it was 10 years ago. all you had to do was fill out applications... meet BOTH managers and youre hired. it was that simple and gestures were easy to figure out too. now they say things that are misleading. and they also have high standard qualifications that barely anyone can hit anymore especially us college students. how can we gain 3 years experience if youre always asking for 3 plus years experience on every damn thing.

Never exclude yourself because of one or two requirements. My last two jobs I technically "wasn't qualified for".

how did you do that? any tips? because my education can't wait a year for work. this is ridiculous. i should have already found a decent job with decent pay wage. i have plenty experience in one area.

I read the description and I felt I was able to do the job so I applied. They never even asked about my qualifications after we had a discussion and they were comfortable that I know what I was talking about.

*well, there might have been a little more discussion about my qualifications but it was far less important. A good personality helps as well.
